Do I need a lawyer for real estate transaction?
Yes, a lawyer is required to act for both the buyer and seller to complete the transaction.
Lawyers have been granted authority by the Land Registry office to amend, transfer, or register title to a property. At Spartak Law we understand how important a real estate transaction is, weather you are purchasing and/or selling.
Our mission is to exceed client expectations and produce legal solutions that assist your needs. We strive to make the process as simple as we can for our valued clients.
